Fresh pastry dough: Cut into strips, arrange in a baking dish, brush with a small amount of sauce, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and set aside.
In preheated oven 180º: Bake until you smell the aroma, take a look, do not let too much dehydrate to maintain the flavor. Place the crispy sticks to bake for + - 15 minutes. Remove the tomatoes and set aside.
